Your Richmond Card details can be managed online.
Once you log on, you can request for your details to be updated accordingly. Any changes must be supplemented with the relevant proof that can be uploaded.
Alternatively you can take any proofs to your local library or sports and fitness centre to update them.
If the Richmond Card is no longer required, please send the card to our office, indicating why the card is no longer required.
If the card holder has died, the Tell Us Once service may also be useful for informing other services.
If your Richmond Card has become lost, stolen, damaged or is not working please email email@example.com. Please provide your full name and address, along with what has happened or what is wrong with the card. Once the email has been received we will issue you a new card within 7 working days.
If the card is lost the first replacement is free of charge. Any further replacements may incur a £5 admin charge.
