Kneller Road, Nelson Road and Warren Road parking layout improvements

We are proposing to make a number of improvements to the layout of parking in the above roads.

We are proposing new lengths of double yellow line to create safe passing areas and provide protection at junctions for pedestrian safety and vehicle accessibility.  We have also identified lengths of single yellow lines which we propose to convert to parking bays, thereby creating additional capacity.

The Traffic Management Orders (TMOs) formally proposing these changes are being advertised.

Consultation

The consultation begins on Thursday 10 October 2024 and ends on Friday 8 November 2024.

Implementation

If the decision is made to implement the measures, either fully or in part,  it is expected that the changes will be in place in January/February 2025.
