The Directors
My name is Holly.
I have worked in the makeup and aesthetics industry for over 20 years and my varied career has taken me all over the world, from working with major fashion brands, to national television networks and even Hollywood movie stars.
Whilst I loved my job, after starting a family in 2014, it became impossible for me to work away from home for such extended periods, so I ventured into the world of Permanent Cosmetic Tattooing, and it was here that I found my vocation.
I had not realised that tattooing a client who had lost all their hair to chemotherapy, was going to have such a profound effect on their confidence and my total job satisfaction.
Several years later and being able to provide Scalp Micropigmentation is still doing exactly that.
My name is Lina.
I am originally from Lithuania but have called London my home for the last 20 years.
I graduated from university in 2002 and began a career in the care industry and this is where I discovered my love of helping people.
My first job was in care where I discovered my passion for helping people feel confident and comfortable in their daily activities. After completing my Masters degree I moved into senior management roles which enabled me to help more people in more ways.
It made me so happy to make my clients feel more confident and comfortable in their daily lives so my passion for helping others has only intensified.
Fast forward 10 years I met a kindred spirit in Holly and the Phoenix Clinic London was born!
I love that I get to do this for our clients every single day.
What we do
We set up the Phoenix Clinic to leverage our twenty years’ experience in healthcare, make up and aesthetics. We are dedicated to helping our customers get the best results and feeling like themselves again.
Scalp Micropigmentation is a specialist field; it entails non-surgical, cosmetic tattooing that gives the illusion of hair on a bald head or density to a thinning crown. The procedure can also be used to conceal scars.
Unlike tattooing, SMP does not go further than the second layer of the skin and the shade of the pigment will not turn a blue or green colour, as can often happen with traditional tattooing.
Variety of pigments, inks, equipment, and techniques are used. Usually, the main concern regarding Scalp Micropigmentation is that it would not appear natural, but customers seem to be thrilled with the results delivered by us.
