Swap to Stop this No Smoking Day

In the last year, Richmond’s Stop Smoking Service has successfully supported over 120 locals to give up cigarettes. It helps to talk to an expert – get free, personalised support to quit for good this March.
No Smoking Day falls on Wednesday 12 March this year, and we know that quitting cigarettes can be easier said than done – but it’s never too late to stop, and there’s no need to go it alone.
In fact, getting free support from our friendly and experienced Stop Smoking Advisors is proven to give you the best chance of quitting successfully, and there are lots of options to choose from.
They’ll work with you to find the best support to suit your needs, ranging from our Swap to Stop scheme – which offers a free vape kit with three months of supplies as a quitting aid for smokers 18 and over – to Nicotine Replacement Therapies (NRT) and tips for managing withdrawal symptoms and triggers.
Over the next week, our advisors will be visiting the following locations. Pop by and have a face-to-face chat about how we can help you.
- Wednesday 12 March, 10am to 3pm, Twickenham Civic Centre reception
- Friday 14 March, 11am to 4pm, Kneller Gardens, Meadway (TW2 6PH). This is part of our community health bus programme
