Change of address

If you change business address, within the same Controlled Parking Zone (CPZ) (or have an 'All Zone' permit), then you may update your permits by completing a parking permit change of address form (pdf, 101 KB) and providing proof of your new address. You do not need to return your existing permit to us.

If your business moves to an address outside of the CPZ for which it was issued, then your business parking permit/s will immediately become invalid. You must return your permit/s to us along with a completed an application for a parking permit refund form.

If your business has moved to another CPZ within the borough, you will then need to complete a new permit application.
