Feel Good Swim School offer group and private lessons for swimmers of all ages:

Half term and holiday activities

We offer a selection of crash course swimming lessons and dive workshops for children during school holidays.

Teddington Pools and Fitness Centre will be running half term activities from Monday 17 to Friday 21 February 2025. View the half term activity programme.

All activities must be booked and paid for in advance. To book, contact the centres by phone on 020 3772 2999, or visit us in person.

Junior group swimming lessons 

We offer group lessons during term time. 

Teddington Pool

The next block of lessons commence on 6 January 2025 and will run for 12 weeks until 5 April 2025. No lessons take place during February half term, 17 to 22 February 2025.

Pools on the Park

The next block of lessons commence on Monday 6 January 2025 and will run for 12 weeks until 5 April 2025.

No lessons will take place during February half term from 17 to 22 February 2025. Lessons will also be paused during swimming galas on 5 February from 9am to 2pm, 11 February from 9am to 3.30pm, and 13 February from 9am to 3.30pm.

Adult group swimming lessons are available at Teddington Pools and Fitness Centre and Pools on the Park.
