Prices

Parking sessions are bought in minutes and cost the same as our equivalent Pay and Display parking tariffs. You will be asked the length of time you would like to park for and the system works out the total cost (dependant on the rates at that location).

Calls

All calls to the RingGo service are charged at a local rate (this will be free for many users depending on your mobile phone plan).

Texts

If you use the RingGo 'text to park' option, you will pay for the text message at your agreed operator rate (this will be free for many users depending on your mobile phone plan).

When you book a parking session you will receive a confirmation text. You will also receive a text message to alert you when your parking session is due to run out. Both texts will be charged at 18p per text. You can choose not to receive these texts at any time, by logging into your RingGo account and changing your settings.

Resident discounts

We offer parking discounts for residents, including 30 minutes of free parking, which can be used with your RingGo account. Visit resident parking discounts to find out more.
