Paying a PCN
If you receive a PCN it is your responsibility to ensure payment is made by the dates specified, to prevent further recovery action. For enquiries contact Customer Services on 020 8891 1411.
If the Parking Challenges team have contacted you asking for payment, please allow 24 hours for your payment option to be available online or by telephone.
Do not pay for the PCN if you wish to appeal, as the case will be closed on the grounds of liability being accepted, and no further correspondence will be responded to.

Instalments
To be considered for instalment payments, you must be on an active debt management plan with a recognised agency, and provide documented evidence.
Instalment arrangements are only available after the issue of a Notice To Owner (or Enforcement Notice). Arrangements cannot be made for the 50% discounted fine amount as this is intended as an incentive to pay early.
